"Investor by mind.
Entrepreneur by heart."

The philosophy behind every mandate we accept and every cheque we write
01The Firm

Founded in March 2009, Citadel is a boutique investment bank focused exclusively on life sciences. We work for founders who build to last, advising on the transactions that define their next decade, and investing our own capital where we see the same conviction we ask of our clients.

Headquartered in Hyderabad with a presence in Singapore, we sit at the centre of a network of industry specialists, family offices, financial sponsors and strategic investors across India, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.

We are among the few mid-market advisory firms in India with a proprietary investment arm, which means the judgement we bring to a mandate is the same judgement we apply to our own balance sheet.

02Advisory

What we do, and who
we do it for.

Dedicated pharma expertise on every mandate. Six capabilities, one standard of execution.
01

Mergers & acquisitions

Buy-side and sell-side, domestic and cross-border. From Rising Pharma's US platform to Celon's strategic exit, processes run for value and certainty.

02

Growth & late-stage fundraise

Early, growth and pre-IPO. Minority and majority. Capital placed from Sequoia, Rabo, Tata Capital, EBRD, CDC, DPI and global healthcare leaders.

03

Platform creation

We conceive platforms, not just advise them. Viyash with Carlyle ($300m) was jointly conceptualised with the sponsor.

04

Majority & minority stake sales

Bespoke structures that protect founder legacy while unlocking growth capital. No template, every family, every chapter.

05

Structured transactions

Bridge rounds and creative structures for high-growth, high-risk stages where conventional capital won't stretch.

06

Defence strategies

When the unsolicited call comes, calm, leverage, and long-term holder value. The quiet work that matters most.

03Transactions

The deal ledger.

A record of mandates where Citadel served as exclusive financial advisor. The proof no competitor can fabricate.
